For certain other coverage, employees bear the full cost. When applicable, benefit costs vary based on the level of coverage.

GRPA benefit program includes the following for eligible professionals:

 

Holidays:

10 paid holidays each year.

Vacation Time:

Full-time non-exempt staff: 10 workdays per year; greater amounts after five years of service.

Health Care Coverage:

Choice of Plans Individual/ Family coverage; Vision Coverage; Dental Coverage

Flexible Spending Accounts / Health Care Spending Account:

Contribute up to $5,000 per year tax-free. Get reimbursed tax-free from account for eligible uncovered health care expenses

Flexible Spending Accounts / Dependent Care Spending Account:

Contribute up to $5,000 per year tax-free. Get reimbursed tax-free from account for eligible dependent day care expenses that allow you (and, if you are married, your spouse) to work
